Washing and care instructions

We all have to wash our clothes. Unfortunately machine wash has a negative impact on our environment. We have collected some tips and questions you can ask yourself to reduce your footprint.

Do you really have to wash the clothes? Sometimes it is just enough to vent the garment without putting it in the washing basket. Could individual spots be cleaned separately without machine wash? Less detergent and lower washing temperature is great!

Use an eco-friendly detergent and do not use to much. Using more detergent does not make the garment more clean. Less detergent and softener is also better for our children’s skin.

Try to air-dry instead of tumble dry, this keeps the garment in a better condition for a longer time and also saves energy.
