How do I know that Elafela has received my order?

An order confirmation is sent out after payment is complete. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us and we’ll give you assistance!

How do I know that my payment was successful?

All orders are confirmed via email. If you pay with a credit card your purchase is confirmed immediately. If you choose another way of payment, depending on your location, your payment will be confirmed once the funds has been cleared on our account. The confirmation email will be sent out at that time.

How long is my order valid without payment?

An order without payment will be valid for 10 days. We will send out a reminder a few days before the order will be removed.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept SEK, NOK, DKK, Euro (€), GBP (£), USD ($), AUD ($), CAD ($), NZ$, JP¥ and CHF. The currency used in the transaction will be automatically selected from the country you are shopping from.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping prices will depend on your location and converted to current exchange rates.

How do I know that my order has been sent?

When your order is sent you will receive an email confirming that it has been handed over to our shipping partner.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed in order and delivery time will differ depending on your location.

Inside Sweden

The delivery time is usually between 1-2 weeks.

World-wide shipping

The delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks.

What about customs and taxes?

If you are shopping from outside the European Union you are responsible for paying any additional taxes and toll charges in your country.

How do I return my order?

Elafela’s return period is 14 days. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased, the full, or a significant part of the product.

Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal package, after explicitly stating in an email to us that you want to return the product. In case of a trade, Elafela will not pay for the delivery of the replacement product.
